Hyatt Place Atlanta / Perimeter Center

Recently stayed here on a work trip. The staff is very efficient, friendly and down to earth. Both Brooke and Jamal at the front desk are exactly who you hope will be working at any hotel you're staying at. Thank you both for being great. Rooms have everything you need and are very clean and quiet. Overall a good hotel option this is part of the city, made better by the people that work here.

The professionalism of the folks in the front desk is exceptional. They were helpful during a family emergency and showed genuine concern during and after the incident. They also went above and beyond in accommodating our need for plates. We expected paper plates, but they gave us actual plates and told us to leave it in the room. The rooms were limited as they lacked a microwave and a user friendly thermostat system. The hot breakfast options were diverse and gave a delectable taste, especially the scrambled eggs, the pancakes, and homemade fries. I wished they had more options for beverages like a good lemonade or even some Coke (since we are in Atlanta).

Stayed there for 3 days and had a very pleasant stay. Jamal in particular was excellent. Everyday I saw him doing a different job. He wears a lot of hats and wears them well.

Our stay this past weekend was excellent and my reason for this is this hotel was quiet and relaxing. After a night out with friends, being able to come to the room and relax in a nice quiet environment was amazing. Also enjoyed the later check-out and not having the cleaning crew knock on your door before the check-out time. It allowed us to wake-up when we wanted and to get ready without feeling pressured to vacate so they could come in a clean. My only complaint was Hyatt having to hunt for the missing battery from the remote because the back was missing/broken and having to hold the battey in place in order to change the channel. We were in Room 204 if you would like to replace the remote.

I will definitely book this hotel again. I chose this hotel because it is a block from the Marta Red Line. I was in town for Shaky Knees music festival and I couldn't have been more pleased with the convenience of this location, the friendly and helpful staff (every single employee I met was cheerful and kind). Thirdly, my room and the common areas of the hotel were very clean. Almost forgot, the free breakfast was very tasty, and lots to choose from!

Breakfast was average. The room could have been a little cleaner but overall, it was a good stay. Very comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Nice, newer building. Room was modern and clean. Either low water pressure or softened water, so a weak shower. Area isn't very walkable. The free parking isn't very convenient. Keep your eyes open when you approach the hotel, as it is not easy to find when you first drive up to it.

this is my new go to hotel when staying in Atlanta! The hotel is clean and quiet. Ray at the front desk deserves a special shout out for going above and beyond with the most amazing attitude and even giving me a few bandaids for the new blisters on my feet after a long work day in dress shoes… and I didn’t even ask her for them! She just noticed and made sure I was taken care of . Also Anna in the restaurant/bar are is amazing! So friendly, so bubbly, so welcoming! Both of these ladies deserve a raise! Great job Hyatt at Perimeter!
